Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited, a premier Public Sector Undertaking and India's largest helicopter company, operates and maintains a fleet of 41 state-of-the-art helicopters of different make/capacity, such as Mi-172, Bell-206L4, Bell 407,Dauphin 365N/N3 and 350 B3. In order to fill up shortfall / backlog vacancies for SC/ST candidates, PHHL requires result oriented and dynamic professional as under :-
MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS) - (SC-1)

Educational Qualification Requirement & Experience:
Candidates should be CA's / ICWA's / full time MBA's from a recognised Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade in a large and reputed organization.

Pay Scale: (E-4) Rs.32900-58000 (IDA Pattern) - revised w.e.f. 01/01/2007 on ad-hoc basis subject to approval by the Government of India.

Upper Age Limit: 50 years (with relaxation)

MANAGER (COMMERCIAL) - (ST-1)
Educational Qualification Requirement & Experience
Candidates should be full time MBA's/two years P.G. Diploma in Management from a recognised University/Institution with specialization in Marketing/Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade in a large and reputed organization. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

Pay Scale: (E-4)Rs.32900-58000 (IDA Pattern) - revised w.e.f. 01/01/2007 on ad-hoc basis subject to approval by the Government of India.
Upper Age Limit: 50 years (with relaxation)

HELICOPTER PILOT - (ST-1)
Educational Qualification & Experience
Pilots having Commercial Helicopter Pilots Licence (CHPL) preferably having endorsement on any one type of helicopter operated by PHHL. will be considered for Helicopter Pilot on various levels depending upon their qualification and flying hours as under:
Captain:
Scale of Pay: 32900-58000 (E-4)
Qualification: 2500 hours of flying on helicopter including 1000 as PIC
Age Limit: 50 years

Jr. Captain
Scale of Pay: 29100-54500 (E-3)
Qualification: 2000 hours of flying on helicopter including 500 as PIC.
Age Limit: 50 years

First Officer-I
Scale of Pay: 24900-50500 (E-2)
Qualification: 1000 hours of flying on helicopter.
Age Limit: 40 years

First Officer-II
Scale of Pay: 20600-46500 (E-1)
Qualification: CHPL Holder
Age Limit: 40 years

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - (ST-1)
Educational Qualification / Experience
The candidate must possess AME's Licence with endorsement on atleast two categories (A&C/E,I,R) on any of the helicopters operated by the Company preferably on Dhruv Helicopters.
Pay Scale: Rs.24900-50500 (E-2 grade) (IDA Pattern) - - revised w.e.f. 01/01/2007 on ad-hoc basis subject to approval by the Government of India.
Upper Age Limit: 40 years (with relaxation)

OFFICER (CORPORATE COMMUNICATION) - (ST-1)
Educational Qualification Requirement & Experience
Candidates should be holding full time Master Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Journalism & Mass Communication from a recognised University/Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of one year post qualification relevant executive experience in a large & reputed organization. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
Pay Scale: (E-1) Rs.20600-46500 (IDA Pattern) - revised w.e.f. 01/01/2007 on ad-hoc basis subject to approval by the Government of India.
Upper Age Limit: 35 years (with relaxation)
